What is Medicaid Agency Orientation?

Medicaid Agency Orientation (MAO) is a series of classes and tests developed by Oregon Office of Developmental Disability Services, presented by SilverNail NW. The SilverNail team combines diverse backgrounds and over 30 years of experience in the field to provide quality training and share the rewarding lessons learned from experience assisting agencies to provide effective and person-centered services.

Orientation cost: $1,200

$200 deposit due at the time of registration.

Pre-class homework

  • Pre-class Homework must be complete on Workday prior to completing the intake form.
  • Participants for orientation will be given two opportunities complete pre-class homework. After two attempts by SNNW to review pre-class homework, participants will need to pay an additional fee for pre-class homework checks.
