What is Medicaid Agency Orientation?
Medicaid Agency Orientation is a certification course for Executive Directors provided by SilverNail NW in partnership with the Oregon Office of Developmental Disability Services. The SilverNail team combines diverse backgrounds and over 30 years of experience in the field to provide quality training and share the rewarding lessons learned from experience assisting agencies to provide effective and person-centered services.
Orientation cost: $1,200
$200 deposit due at the time of registration.
Participants who have successfully submitted their credentials and pre-class work to ODDS as of August 2023 will not be required to pay a deposit. The cost of orientation ($1,200) will be due when you are invited to a class.

Prerequisites
- Prerequisites must be complete on Workday prior to completing the intake form.
- Participants for certification will be given two opportunities complete prerequisites. After two attempts by SNNW to review prerequisites, participants will need to pay an additional fee for prerequisite checks.

The training team from SNNW includes professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience in supporting Oregonians who experience Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our training team utilizes the curriculum and testing developed by ODDS to insure consistency and efficacy. Upon completion of the program, participants will understand the requirements, complexities and the rewards of operating a Medicaid program in Oregon.
